FAQ
Parent app: common questions
Straight answers to the questions we're asked most.
How do I get the parent tracking app?
The parent tracking app is provided by your child's school when the school uses Uptym's School Transport Management System. The school shares the download link and your login details.
My school doesn't use it yet. What can I do?
Share this page with your school's transport or administration team. Uptym offers schools a free demo and pilot, and parents can go live within weeks.
Is my child's information safe?
Yes. Parents can only see the bus their own child travels on. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is controlled by the school.
