What is field force tracking software?
Field force tracking software records attendance, location and client visits for staff who work outside the office, such as sales reps and service engineers. Uptym's system includes an employee app, a manager app and an admin dashboard.
Does the app track employees outside working hours?
No. Location is recorded only while an employee is checked in during working hours. Admins control the rules, and employees can see when tracking is active.
Can it calculate travel allowance?
Yes. The system records distance travelled during the working day, which can be used to calculate travel allowance and verify expense claims.
Does it work for large teams?
Yes. It works for teams of any size, with territories, roles and reporting levels so each manager sees their own team and head office sees everyone.
