FAQ
Run: common questions
Straight answers to the questions we're asked most.
What does a Linux server care plan include?
A Linux server care plan from Uptym includes uptime and resource monitoring with alerts, regular security patching, server hardening, automated and tested backups, a disaster recovery plan, emergency response, and a plain-language monthly report.
Why do my business emails go to spam?
The most common cause is missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which prove your emails are genuine. Other causes include a poor sending reputation or shared hosting email. Uptym checks and fixes these as part of email management.
Do you manage AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?
Yes. Uptym manages infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, including servers, networking, storage, security groups, backups and cost reviews.
How are response times agreed?
Response times are written into every Uptym care plan, with faster response for urgent issues such as a server or email outage. You'll know in advance exactly who responds and how quickly.
