What is an IT health check?
An IT health check is a short review of your website, servers, email, network, backups and software costs. Uptym looks for risks, waste and quick wins, then sends a written summary with priorities. It's free and there's no obligation to buy anything.
Do I need an IT consultant if I already have an agency?
Often, yes. An agency usually looks after the part it built. An independent consultant looks at the whole picture, checks whether you're paying fair prices and whether the pieces work together. Uptym can advise alongside your current vendors.
What does an IT roadmap include?
A practical IT roadmap lists what to fix, replace or build over the next 12 months, in priority order, with rough budgets and the business reason for each item. It gives directors one page to plan and approve spending against.
Can you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Uptym works with clients in India and internationally. Consulting is delivered over video calls, shared documents and written reports, with meeting times arranged to suit your time zone.
